John Hunter Nemechek and Kyle Busch Motorsports recently released a statement for Nemecheck to drive the #4 Toyota for the 2021 NASCAR Truck Series season. The decision to race in the Truck Series has paid off tremendously. Nemechek to be one of the best young drivers in the industry.
At just 24 years old, John Nemechek has recorded eight top finishes, 11 top 10 finishes and an average finish of 7.4, as well as having the most wins in a single season since Christopher Bell won five races in 2017, and William Byron won seven in 2016. John Nemecheck is the only driver within the industry who has competed with Kyle Busch himself at The Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Richmond Raceway, and Pocono Raceway.
Time will tell where Nemechek goes from here, but his performance in 2021 has put him at the top of Toyota’s prospect list. With 23XI Racing and Toyota looking to expand in the coming years, Nemechek may be able to compete at a greater level with Toyota in the future.
At just 24 years old, the Mooresville, North Carolina native has Cup Series experience as well as many Truck Series and Xfinity Series victories. He will undoubtedly appeal to competing Xfinity Series and Cup Series teams.
