License plate lights: The license plate lights on a vehicle & trailer are for just that, they light up the area on the back of the vehicle so that people can see the license plate.
Suzi’s Hoses:
The ‘Suzies’ air lines found at the rear of a tractor unit when coupling/uncoupling to a (semi) trailer. There are usually two air lines. Red for the emergency line or yellow for the service lines which provide compressed air from the tractor unit to the brakes of the trailer.
Warning Triangle:
A warning triangle is an equilateral (equal-sided) triangle of around 600mm in size made of red reflective material. It can be put on the side of the road by anyone to warn other drivers of a breakdown or crash ahead.
